Synthesia is AWESOME
Synthesia is a grate tool for beginner pianists I'd doesn't teach you how to read music but it dose help you built up speed in your fingers. It is classed as a video game but an educational one to help you along the road of musical awesomeness.
It play a lot like guitar hero but instead of pretend chords it uses real piano chords. You can also play all of your favourite songs if you can get old of the MIDI file.

Well it's pretty self explanatory really one finger per key but start with your thumb. Remember kids thumb is number one ..
Piano Notes
It is very easy to play piano chords just remember these numbers 1.5.8 say if you wanted to do a C chord you start from C and count up 5 witch is E count up 3 and you get to G. CEG make the C chord C major Triad.
it is easy to learn the notes because after a while it cycles around from C toD and all of the black keys are flats and sharps.
